Located in the centre of the town, very close to the castle, bars and restaurants. Their own restaurant is also very good. Good breakfast
We were in the old part of the hotel, here the rooms are quite outdated

Very friendly staff, good breakfast. Very good location in the centre, large rooms. Clean and functional bathroom.
Rooms are very dark in the new part of the hotel. The bath tub is very high, one almost has to climb in. In high season it is quite expensive.

The hotel had savoury and delicious breakfasts with good coffee and vegan options. Location: the venue was so close to the castle and the sea and a nice garden and Kuressaare.
Reception was missed, we were a little disappointed.

The hotel has a great location in the city and to the castle. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortably equipped. The hotel has great offers for the spa area. The breakfast is mega rich. There are also 2 restaurants and the food there was great. Thanks for that.
There was nothing to complain about except that the days there were over so quickly.

The location.
The shower was a disaster. The floor was always totally flooded. Room a bit with too much frills, but no wardrobe.
